Vaikunta Ekadasi 2025: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has unveiled the much-anticipated schedule for Vaikunta Ekadasi celebrations at the sacred Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala. From January 10 to 19, 2025, lakhs of devotees are expected to gather to experience this spiritually uplifting event.

Online Booking Details
To ensure a seamless experience for devotees, TTD has opened online ticket bookings:
- Vaikunta Dwara Darshan Tickets: Available from 11 a.m. on December 23, 2024.
- Special Entry Darshan (SED) Tickets: Accessible online from 11 a.m. on December 24, 2024.
Devotees can secure their tickets via the official TTD website. This ensures access to the Vaikunta Dwaram, the sacred passage encircling the sanctum sanctorum, which is specially opened during these celebrations.
Slotted Sarva Darshan Tokens
To manage the massive influx of devotees, TTD will distribute Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) tokens at multiple centers:
In Tirupati:

- Jeevakona
- Ramanaidu School
- Ramachandra Pushkarini
- Indira Maidan
- Srinivasam
- Vishnu Nivasam

In Tirumala:

The TTD Chief Engineer has assured that all facilities will be in place at these centers to streamline the token distribution process. Note: Only devotees with valid darshan tokens will be permitted to enter the Vaikunta Dwara Darshan queue. While visitors without tokens can still travel to Tirumala, they will not have access to darshan queues.

- VIP Protocol Darshan: Begins at 4:45 a.m.
- Swarna Ratham (Golden Chariot) Procession: A grand event from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

- Chakrasnanam Ritual: Held at the Srivari Pushkarini (temple pond) between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
Facilities for Pilgrims
TTD has planned extensive arrangements to ensure the comfort and convenience of devotees:
- Free Food Distribution (Annadanam): Operating from 6 a.m. to midnight, offering tea, coffee, milk, upma, sugar pongali, and pongali.
- Laddu Distribution: A buffer stock of 3.5 lakh laddus will be maintained to meet the demand.
- Traffic Management: Local police have partnered with TTD to ensure smooth traffic flow around the temple premises.
